Service Description
Sitebuild is an AI-powered website builder platform that enables users to create, design, manage, and publish web applications. Our Service includes, but is not limited to, cloud-based tools, AI-powered code generation, project hosting, and community features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

You retain all rights to content you create using our platform. You grant Sitebuild a license to use your creations for service improvement and legal compliance.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- •Sitebuild is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind during this Beta/MVP stage
- •Code execution happens entirely on the client-side for maximum speed (faster than Lovable, Replit, or v0.dev), which may impact data security
- •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- •Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
- •Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations; local laws may apply
Payment & Billing
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees according to the pricing displayed. Payments are processed monthly or annually as selected. Refunds are not provided except as required by law. Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Sitebuild may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sitebuild is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or litigation as permitted by applicable law.
Changes to Terms
Sitebuild may update these Terms at any time. Continued use following changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms. Major changes will include notice via email or platform notification. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
